The Tribune of Sages (The TOS) is a key concept of success designed to improve the performance of African communities towards excellence. The TOS offers community coaching, which is the qualitative approach, and annual gathering, which is the quantitative aspect of the concept in order to call all the "Sages", the elites (anyone who wants to see his/her community shines) for debating, sharing, learning, for the benefit of a community. We created this application MY3BUNE to adequately address matters. Thanks to our flexibility and our strong ability to anticipate crucial changes, we found the opportunity through "Lockdowns" (Covid-19) to come up with technology to keep us "moving" towards our goal.
